ANDREW KOERNER has assisted companies and individuals achieve their goals of working and living in the United States for 20 years. He assists individuals, small business owners and large multinational corporations with employment-based immigration visas, the transfer of managers and executives in multinational corporations, individuals of extraordinary ability petitions and those filing National Interest Waiver petitions. He obtains non-immigrant visas for citizens of other countries who are coming to the United States temporarily, including work, investment, student, trainee program, extraordinary ability and tourist visas. Andrew also handles family-based immigration, citizenship and asylum matters. Prior to relocating to Florida and founding Koerner Immigration Law, Andrew was Counsel and Partner at Tarter Krinsky & Drogin, in New York City, a partner with Koerner & Associates, LLC in Coral Gables, Florida, and Leaf Koerner, LLC in Miami.
